Cant open on the newest iPad

The app. Automatically close after start on my nee iphone 5 with the last ios.

An account has to be created on a computer before you can use the app. If I had access to a computer I could print my tickets and wouldnt need the app to begin with! Silly and not useful.

Went to check status of tickets, had headphones in and the app blasted high frequency screeching at full volume in my ears. Thanks for that.

The app fails to do its basic function.

I created a ticketleap account when I signed up for a free ticket to a concert. But the iPad app says it cant display this ticket. And no matter what I do the iPod app wont let me log in. And the link in the iTunes Store for the support for this app points to a nonexistent page. Let me know when this app does something.

Love the app and improvements you have done so far but still needs changes. first on the sale tickets tab can you have it show total amount of tickets available for the event and how many are available for each ticket type. Next, as part of the sale tickets tab when completing the order can you add a way to add a check option. Currently there is only credit card and cash but not check option. I need to have this so that we can correctly track all payment methods that are used. Also on the check in area Can you do some serious work to that area so thar when they come in i can have it ask for there birthday if that ticket has a age restriction or ask us to verify if they are a student. This way we can prevent people from using discount tickets that they do not qualify for them such as asking for a current registration statement from there school that is dated no less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Also for ticket sales for both printing tickets and receipts can you add configuration settings in the app for it to be able to connect to BOCA printers this way i can specific one for tickets and a different BOCA printer for recpets. This way we are not wasting ticket paper were we can just use receipt paper insted.

I signed up for ticketleap on the web using Facebook. Now I cant login into the app because there is no login through facebook option. I cant change my password online either.

Nothing happens besides getting an error trying to login, what a waste of time until they fix it.

This app can do everything except the most obvious function is missing. You cant see who your registered guests are. You dont see the head count or the names of attendees. Oh but it can scan bar codes and do checkins. Ridiculous!

I set up an account online - in the process of buying tickets. (They made me complete re-enter all my purchase info!) I wanted the "e-tickets" so I didnt have to print them out, but the email confirmation they sent had no PDF as described attached. So I download/install the TicketLeap app, only to get a strange "No Organizations found" error when trying to sign in with the account just created. Cant TickLeap get any of it right?

I got this app so I could buy tickets to an event that was using the program. You can only sell tickets from the app.

So I buy the tickets but can only access them from a computer. The app errors out and tells me that there is no organization found. Useless if I cant access my tickets from the app.

I was hoping to simply look at one of our events and see how many tickets had sold, and you cant do it. You have to look at each individual purchase and see how many tickets they bought. Please add more features.

What is the point of the app? You cant login and see your tickets. Errors out saying no organization found.
